It's bad news for Donald Trump.
And that's because Donald Trump lost one major court case that will change everything about 2024.
CNN's Katelyn Polantz reported the breaking news that the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Donald Trump in a series of frivolous lawsuits claiming that Trump incited an insurrection on January 6.
Even though Trump told his supporters to “peacefully and patriotically” make their voices heard, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and left-wing Members of the Capitol Hill police sued Trump as another front in the Democrat Party's bid to overwhelm Trump with sham civil and criminal trials to help Joe Biden win re-election.
The three-judge panel - featuring an Obama and a Clinton appointee - predictably ruled in the Democrat's favor as the whole reason these suits were filed was with the knowledge in the tank judges would rule against Trump.
Polanyz reported that the court rejected Trump's claims of Presidential immunity - even though Trump was President on January 6 and acting in that capacity - to create a new dichotomy in the law between President and presidential candidate.
The CNN correspondent said this “is a major decision, a major evolution of what the law is. The other thing that this three-judge panel in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals is writing that they are saying that there are campaign actions and there are President actions, Presidency actions.”
“And what it is that the President does while he is campaigning for reelection, including that rally on January 6th, that can be considered a campaign action. And that is something that you can move forward with lawsuits against,” Polanyz added.
The law favors Donald Trump so Democrat judges just made up a new law out of thin air to allow Democrats to tie Trump down in court with another baseless lawsuit.
